1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Taylor's Saloon's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services
Taylor's Saloon provides professional beauty and wellness services including but not limited to:
- Hair cutting, styling, and coloring services
- Facial treatments and skincare services
- Nail care and manicure/pedicure services
- Makeup application and beauty consultations
- Special occasion and bridal services
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the full service fee and may be required to pay a deposit for future appointments.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying other clients.
4. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods including Stripe, PayPal, and other approved payment gateways.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is available on our website and at our salon. Prices do not include applicable taxes.
Deposits: Certain services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to your service.
Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in service prices and are at the discretion of the client.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their hair, skin, and nail condition
- Disclosing any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect services
- Following aftercare instructions provided by our staff
- Treating our staff and other clients with respect and courtesy
- Arriving on time for appointments
- Notifying us immediately of any concerns or issues with services
6. Limitation of Liability
Taylor's Saloon shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.
8. Health and Safety
Sanitation: We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. All tools and equipment are properly sterilized between clients.
Health Conditions: Clients with contagious conditions, open wounds, or other health issues that may affect service quality or safety may be asked to reschedule.
Allergic Reactions: While we take precautions to prevent allergic reactions, clients are responsible for informing us of any known allergies or sensitivities.
9. Right to Refuse Service
Taylor's Saloon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, health concerns, or failure to comply with salon policies.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
